There is much less chance of that happening now that the market has declined.....The goal is to buy low and sell high, not to buy high and do a shortsale or sell low......It is understandable buyers are scared and skepticle in this market with al the shortsale going on.....Most of the time buyers go through a wide range of emotions during the buying process.
